Almost Zero Volumes For Cut & Fill in Civil 3D

Hi everyone in this post, I am going to show you how to achieve almost zero net volumes for cut and fill in civil 3d.

So, let’s get to work.

If you have any single surface and you want to know the best elevation for leveling this surface to achieve almost zero net volumes for cut and fill.

You don`t have to make another surface then volume surface between them. Just go to surface properties then at statistics tab ==> General ==> Mean Elevation.

That’s it, I hope that was easy for everyone, see at the next tip, Thanks
